£5 auto top-up, crdeit expiry query
I found out that my account was automatically topped up as I had marginally breached the 180mb top-up limit. I could swear I disabled the auto-topup feature, but it'd be FPs word against mine (plus when I checked my account, it was enabled, pah).
More concerning to me is this statmemt under the billing history:
Your balance remains active for 90 days after your last credit activity from your FreedomPop device.Now, as I understand this, it suggests that if I make no more credits in the next 90 days, this £5 balance will get wiped?
I'd like confirmation please.
Also, as we're in beta, and I thought I had disabled auto-top up when I registered, would it be possible to get the £5 refunded (my billing cycle reset the next day, so never used any of it!)?
