No SIM received, 9 Days since dispatch, no communication from support

My original order (35315912) was dispatched 9 days ago and I have received nothing. I have tried contacting support using the email system on this website and on Facebook but get no reply.

If my SIM is lost, how do I get a replacement and do I get 9+ days credited onto my account as I haven't used any of my allowance.
