Can't receive messages

I can send a message but can't receive. Calling receiving and making is no problem. Can anyone tell me why.

    Yes tks now can receive do you know what caused the problem in first place

    It seems to happen quite a lot that accounts are not fully synched, wouldn't it be helpful in the support section to have a link where users would be able to sync their accounts by themselves if all else fails? ( obviously logistic permitting )

    I have exactly the same problem. Could you please also have a look at my account? I just received my LG G2. Everything else works fine except that I cannot receive messages.

    My device: LG Optimus F3

    I just got this phone from Freedom a few days ago.

    I have the same issue, and found that: when I connect to wifi, I can't receive message (send message OK). Whenever I disconnect wifi, all missing messages pop up in a few seconds!

    Please help!
