well it was that time of month when i had to put my debit card details in for my sons sim card
& i got an email thanking me for signing up to "Premium Voice" which i never
ive downgraded it i hope i have not been charged the £1.99

    @ritson Took a look under the account associated with the phone number ending in 0999, and I can confirm that no charges were associated with the account. Perhaps a different account?

    it was not that account it was my sons account under a differnt email & number ending in 666

    @ritson Got it, it did appear that the account was under a free trial and had not been cancelled but I do see your cancellation has been processed and will be reflected on your end on 2/12. I was also able to make an exception and process a refund for the charge :) I will edit your above comment to avoid your private information to be public.
