Why am I being charged

Had loads of charges applied. Some I did, like rolling over data, but for some reason being charged for global and us call plan, and also had a £9.98 charge applied, but doesn't say what it's for.
I tried to close account but account still active.
Freedompop turning out to be an expensive nightmare.
Had fees applied twice in one month for same service.
I just want to close my account now. Had enough

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused on your end, you can look at the plans that you were getting charged for by logging into your account and going to "my account" and under services you will see "International". Once you have located that please click on there and you will see the plans that you were getting charged for, you can click on the plans and below you will see that you can downgrade them so there are no further charges.

    I have gone ahead and refunded you two charges due to this inconvenience. Please allow 3-4 business days for the refund to appear on your end!

    Using site on my phone I see no options
    to downgrade at all.
    I've got US plan I didn't want and can't cancel too.
    I just want account closed please.
    Too many faults on mobile sits. Click on further information for add ons then signed up without confirmation.
    Sent less than 10 text cost me best part of £30.
