Under "HOME" tab I'm on the 500min/txt/mbs but in "ACCOUNT" I'm on the Basic 200 mins/txt/mbs???
Is this cause for concern ? I downgraded to the Basic deal but on the FP website I'm showing in both the Basic and Premium depending on what part of the site I look in.

Leave it overnight to let the system catch up, logging out and logging back in. If you're still having a discrepancy tomorrow then contact Support.

I had the same issue in January and it took a whole billing cycle to get fixed. Finally got an email last week from support last week to say it was fixed, and sure enough the numbers are now right.
Just keep your eye on your bank account and email support if they take payment. They know this happens sometimes and are happy to refund if charged in error.
