Charged for sim not recieved

Hi,

I have been charged £4.99 for a sim I tried to order on January 22nd and have never recieved. That order is showing as failed. Why was I charged?

    I took a look at your account and was able to see that you have already been refunded. We apologize for this inconvenience but you should no longer get charged!
