no service

can an admin please look into my account i have 2 simcards on basic 200 and no service on any of them @Jorge M. @Karina Magana

    Hello @Louise Pollard took a look into both accounts, the one ending in phone #6150 was suspended due to a small amount of overage used prior to receiving your friends data but I have gone ahead and reset the account and is now is good standing, make sure to keep an eye on the data limit. Second account has been interrupted due to having reached 1.48 GB of 1.49 of data on the account. You can either enable top-ups, upgrade to a higher data plan or can wait until the current billing cycle ends :)

    You don't have to use all your data, just most of it.
    Billing cycle starts ~ 1st of month
