Discrepancy between free plan and account stats

Hi - I ordered two free sims from the recent promo, but switched both to the free plan. When I look at my account online, both SIMs say I have the free plan with no services. However, on one of the SIMs the android app says that I have premium voice activated...which is the more accurate source? (I do not want it)

    Try syncing account on the app side menu.
    Billing cycle starts ~ 1st of month
