[Global SIM] MIFI not working, not able to upgrade/downgrade the plan

As you could see from the attached image, I can't do anything to change the plan. Have posted the issue since days ago, no customer representatives approach and solve the problem for me.

Besides, the MIFI is not working??? Could I have refund or replacement of the device, please?
