Micro Sim Card lost, how can I get a new one?

Hi a few months ago I lost one of my sim cards, I've been using the other one fine, but today I got charged 0.99 for inactivity on the lost one

Can you either cancel the account for 07400 529824 or send a new one so I can use it again and return my other one to my friend.

    They charge for not using it????? And they charge to cancel????
    Billing cycle starts ~ 1st of month

    There is no inactivity fee, I believe they used to have one in the US but that was removed last year some time, are you sure you haven't inadvertently activated a service on your account, voicemail or usage alerts are 99p, check in the web portal under My account/plans/services. If you have been charged for inactivity then I would say it's a mistake and you should contact customer support.
