Downgrading

I just started the free trial a few days ago. I have been looking for a good signal and have tried Tesco, O2, vodafone, 3 and now freedompop. All of them say good signal outside but variable inside. Actually all of them are virtually useless inside and VERY variable outside where I live. I have just tried EE and it is vastly superior. I want to ensure I go to the free service at the end of the trial for freedompop but cannot find that option. I expect i will have to call them and cancel as I suspect they don't want you to have the free service. Anyone found out how you can downgrade to the free service?

    Freedompop uses the Three Network BTW

    Yes, reads like op thinks FreedomPop used EE rather than 3
    Billing cycle starts ~ 1st of month
