Sim has not arrived yet

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have ordered a sim on the Basic 200 plan on the 24th of April 2016 but it still hasn't arrived yet. I'm confused on what to do and who to contact. On my freedompop account it says that my order, 47025409, was shipped via Royal Mail on 26th April 2016. Today is 10th May 2016 and I still haven't recieved my sim card. I am extremely disappointed about this. I understand that it can take 5-7 business days for the sim to ship but it has been 11 business days since my account informed me that it has been shipped. The fee of £6.99 has been deducted from my account and my plan has been activated before it has even arrived. Kindly, I would like a rapid response and have some action taken. The e-mail account I gave at sim registration and the checkout was [email protected]
