I have no service!

My FreedomPop sim has been working properly since i bought it a few months ago. However, for the last four days i have had no service. I still have plenty of messages, minutes and data left.

I can only ring and message when i am at home, connected to my home wifi.

I have tried removing my sim, cleaning it, and restarting my phone but it still doesn't work.

Does anyone know why I have no service and how I can fix it?

    Just to rule that out did you turn off mobile data inadvertently?

    @freedompop I have had the sims (x2) for about a week never had any signal at [email protected]
