received SIM card but its not been linked to my account so it doesnt work

hello

I ordered and received a SIM card but for some reason its not been activated and linked to my account so it doesnt work

My account still says 'Billing Cycle: Starts after your device ships' despite me already having the SIM card

I contacted support via the online query form & they say they are shipping another
SIM card but wont this just have the same issue ?

    also if I try to 'activate' the SIM the only option is to create a completely new account - it wont link it to the existing one

    Same thing happend to me! My SIM is not activated, it requires me to create new account! Disaster!
