How do i order a new one? why isnt anything simple here!!

Hi. I have been in a running discussion with them. Here is short and sweet. You CANNOT get on. You have to sign up for a NEW account using a NEW email address from the one you used before. Then you can port your number over. What a mess they are. I suggest if you are going through the effort move to another provider.
