ACCOUNT NOT ACTIVE STATUS CODE 302

HI
can you please help.I received the status code 302 account not active when I synced account data after the messaging app updated itself.
I have 1.4mb data left and no text and 30 mins call allowance left.
My card is a replacement sim card with an existing number.
please help

    I have gotten this and several times it didn't reactivate my account after the next billing cycle, so my account stayed locked until I finally had to contact support.
