Free Plan 200 Billing Cycle Start Time

I upgraded my phone last month to Marshmallow, and before I knew it, all my data had been eaten up (the phone had reset the 'update apps over wifi only' tickbox).
I have been a week without use of my FP sim (the cellular icon has an 'x' on it, just like you have when there's no signal).

My billing reset day is today (I'm writing this at the end of the day), my online account has been refilled, but I still have no cellular connection.
Does anyone know when I might get the signal back again? I've cycled the power and disabled/enabled the sim slot, but to no avail.

I'm hoping that it will come back overnight (if it does I'll update this thread)
