Cant select free option in account/account error - set up as US account.

Need a refund for 3 sim/devices. Received none as all seem to be US accounts ? Cant downgrade sim plan, 2 devices stuck at shipping stage because they are under US. Looks like I am away to be billed again for sim. Support ticket said they could not find orders when I wanted to cancel ?
