Shows connected to 3G network, but no actual data connected.

Tried 2 devices same in both,

Can connect using different wi fi. connection.

    Check connection with freedom pop diagnostics app, if only showing 3g and is a strong signal, the raise a ticket or ask an admin to see if 4g is turned on your sim as my old sim wasn't when I got mine many moons ago, or if you got the WhatsApp global sim, that is only 3g at moment, I'm currently emailing support to find out why they running effectively 2 networks.
