Doesnt work

Recieved my two sims today. Put them in the phones and.....nothing, no connection. checked apn, its correct, my account page says sims are activated. What am I doing wrong?

    i had to get support to knock my sim on as my dashboard said my sim was activated but it was not (global sim)
