My Account says my Sim is Activated no way can I connect to it!

My Account says my Sim is Activated no way can I connect to it! Could it say its on and be off I wonder!

I have tried everything to connect to FreedomPop.co.uk on Two phones using the Sim I got from FreedomPop.co.uk but no way will it connect to the network.
Message keeps coming up on both phones Network Unavailable
I am at my wits end!

    Mine's the same. I get a message saying "General error, Oops, there has been an error trying to communicate with the server. Please try again later"
    Very frustrating!!

    Hi Chris I had the same problem with both of my phones. Try this uninstall the freedompop message app turn the phone off open up the phone take the sim out put it back in turn phone on and wait until sim connects then once it has re install message app the message app should then give you your new number. It worked for me hope it works for you too.
