i want to cancel my order for a sim only contract it has not been dispatched

hi i just ordered a Premium 2250 sim only associated with the [email protected] email account. The sim has not been dispatched however i have decided i no longer wish to have the contract could you please cancel the order and refund the activation fee if you have already taken it out thank you
