Data overlimit

I'm planning to switch to FreedomPOP basic plan. But I've found that my data usage sometimes go over 200MB per month.

I learn I can pay for extra data, and that it's charged in 5GBP units. My question is whether 5GBP is charged I go over limit every month, or can I use up the left over from 5GBP charge from previous?

For example, if I go over limit by 100MB, I reckon I'll be charged 5GBP, for which I can use around 333MB of data. In the following months, if I go over limit again, can I use data from the left over 233MB, or will I be charged again 5GBP every time?

You could always sign up in the friends group and adding all those emails in the group will boost your allowance up to 400mb per month, also there's offers you can do per month to add more mb's. For I think 99p a month you can do a data roll over to move unused data to following month. Hope this helps ;)
