I wish to delete (not deactivate) my account so I can apply for the WhatsApp SIM from scratch.

I already have a FreedomPop UK account with 2 SIMs attached to it. I have had it for over a year but used the SIMs for a total of about 1 hour in all that time - basically I've just problem after problem with not being able to make calls without some error or another.
Anyway, I'd rather now have the WhatsApp SIM which has recently come on offer, so I can make sure it works before giving to my daughter to use as her first SIM.
However, the system won't let me sign up for the WhatsApp SIM as my email address is already in use on FreedomPop.
Customer Services have given me the less that helpful suggestion of just applying for the WhatsApp SIM under a different email address. I don't want to be managing my FreedomPop accounts under several email addresses.
As I already have a FreedomPop account which I don't really use, why can't all my current SIMs just be deleted from my account, OR just entirely delete my FreedomPop account (and associated SIMs) so that I can apply [from scratch] with my normal email address for the WhatsApp FreedomPop UK SIM; without getting messages telling me I can't get it because my email address is already in use.
Surely there is a simple way to do this? It must be possible to delete users off the system.

    You really would be better off using a separate email.
    In my experience, anything not strictly on the Freedompop script just confuses the system and the staff. You will have trouble in store.
    It's a bind managing separate accounts and email addresses. But getting everything mixed up - wrong card deleted, billing ****-up, and so on - is far worse.
