Downgraded Plan to Basic 200 and being billed

Hi,

Can anyone advise of why I have been charged after downgrading to Basic 200 before billing cycle ended (unless there is some small print that I have not read correctly)

    Have you checked your Value added Service Plans, or International plans? I may have sent you some instructions on another PM. I was not aware that you was a UK user. The account set up maybe a little different. Maybe if another UK Pro or user is reading this, they can provide you with the correct links if mine are wrong. Should be pretty close.

    PS- Please let me know if its an International plan, or a charge not related to VAS plans. Also make sure the charge is not an overage, by checking usage details.
