Refund

I have been wrongly charged for the premium monthly contract (£7.99). I have since downgraded my plan to the free version, however i still do not have my money back. I demand a refund! All I want is the free version, why are you charging me this extra money?!
On top of this, I also have not received my sim card which I ordered over a month ago
