An announcement on the UK phone number says this is now reserved for only premium users.

It is impossible to log in to the support website.

I wanted to talk to them about use of the worldwide SIM. No network connection in France, very little data in Germany, 3 hours to get data in Czech republic, and no data at all in Slovakia.

What is more I was forced to swap from the Free Call and Text app to the Messaging one, which evidently still has issues on a dual SIM phone. I want to go back to the other, but this is apparently impossible.

How do I contact the firm?
