I changed my account to a free service when I signed up for the sim card but today I've looked at my bank statement to find that I have been charged. Who do I need to speak to obtain a refund?

    I joined in July. Downgraded before the end of the month. Also bought one sim for my grandson. He cancelled his account. I noticed on my bank statement that I was being charged £13.00 for each account every month. I am supposed to be on the free account but the "my account" says that it is premier at £3.99 per month.
    If they just did not downgrade, They should have taken £3.99 /month. £13.00 seems to be a deliberate FRAUD.
    I have emailed support and asked for a refund, I have not got any reply as expected. My grand son's account is still active.
