Account suspended because my bank will not trade with FreedomPop they're blacklisted.
I'm trying to solve this but nobody replies. The last I heard they wanted me to use another card to pay £1.49. Obviously after hearing this from my current card issuer I refuse to give them another card they're obviously untrustworthy. They also promised to refund £10.98 in October when that months payment went through 31st October. They took the payment but obviously I haven't had a refund. I now feel it's time to report this company to Ofcom and whoever. I can't even deactivate my account which is supposed to be an easy process.
