I signed up for the free 200/200/200 in UK so I could test before committing. SIM arrived and I checked my account to find that I am ONLY getting 100 minutes! Not impressed before I even start.
Sounds like you have received the 'Global' SIM.
Log in to your account using a computer, go to Billing and look at the transactions under Billing Overview. (Make sure that under Recent Transactions the Billing tab is the active one.) Hover your mouse over the Initial Signup in the Description column. A pop-up will show what FP thinks you ordered.
