account disabled error 302

My account has been disabled due to my credit card expiry, I have now updated my card details can someone reset my account?

    You can put new card details on the FreedomPop website. If the credit card has expired, the CC firm would or should of sent you a New one

    Yes i have put in the new card details but the account is still showing account disabled.
