Just as well there's only a couple of days to go for this billing period.

I'm getting fed up with all the bugs in this system, apparently run by a bunch of amateurs!

    The account has now moved into the next billing period, so the question has become academic.
    But it does look like a bug in the system. Maybe the technical department should take a look.
