Number port - is this normal?

Hey guys,

I requested and paid the £4.99 to port my number from BT Mobile on the 7th, supplied the PAC code etc. I got a notification from BT yesterday morning saying they would transfer my number throughout the course of the day. The SIM went dead at 2pm yesterday.

When calling my number it just rings out, and if i make calls from Freedompop to other numbers then the calls show up with the old caller ID. I've logged in and out of the app quite a few times now and refreshed the account info on the iOS app a few times too.

I've noticed today that texts are coming through now, but calls are not. All in the instructions i've seen seem to indicate the opposite should be true.

Do I need to get help on this?

    Okay, so an update to this - i can now receive calls and texts from my ported number fine. But the outbound caller ID is still wrong. Who do I contact to get this fixed?
