is there a problem with billing?

i have four accounts & every now & again i have to put my credit card (visa) details back into them when they get deactivated
but today i noticed my accounts had been deactived so put my details in & still not working & getting this error box on all of them

    Hello Ritson,

    Is this happening even when logging out and back into your account? Also, have you attempted to use an incognito window?
