    Hello,
    I would like to cancel my account to and stop the monthly DD. I've tried calling them to cancel but for some reason it keeps asking for a 10 digit phone number when my number is 11. I can't seem to get past that stage to cancel

    Florence - try removing the 0 from the front of your number. That's likely to work.

    You can cancel your account by using our telephone system.

    After dialing the number (888) 743-810, press 1 for self-help.

    Next, enter the phone number for the account you would like to address.

    Finally, press 3 for cancellation
