I am a paid subscriber and I cannot submit tickets, I get an error message saying Free Accounts have

Even though I just payed £6.99 for 2.25 GB plan, I get an error message in my app: Status Code = 300. Which basically means my account is inactive. I tried finding a solution on forum but there is none, so I tried to contact support team, when hitting the submit button I would get a message: You cant submit tickets because of your free account.
My account is not Free, I just upgraded to the 2.25GB plan.
I want my money back, how do i do that?
