I have downgraded my account.

Hi mods/admin,
This new layout is taking a whole of getting used to.
I have downgraded my account and checked that I had no other services on my account and its showing as none but just wanna make sure as I just want the free plan and nothing else.
Please would admin check that I have nothing else on that can charge me.

    That charge has gone thru and charged me so please would you refund me.
    I have downgraded and my plan showing as the free 200mins one so what did I get charged for and its showing my minutes as 1000 minutes.
