On the 14/05/17 I received confirmation from Chris that my account will be closed to date this has not been done, as it is still showing as 'Active' on My FreedomPop, please action and close this account.

    I'm sorry, we cannot mantain a dual communication over more than one channel. Please let us know the channel of your choice so we can cancel your communications on the other one.
