Need to re-activate my account, Replacement hotspot received

I had to exchange my hotspot and my account was de-activated at that time. I recently received my replacement device but cannot get on the internet. My account shows it will activate when my device ships, but I have already received it! When I go to "check status" it shows the device shipped. What do I need to do?
