account not active (status code = 302)

'Your freedompop device is inactive. Please contact customer service to resolve the issue.'

I'm in a new cycle and I still have credit balance left, it is showing active online but not on my phone. Tried rebooting the phone and also reinstalling the app after 'sync account data' did not work, but nothing worked.

Please fix it
