Close My Account

I requested yesterday that my account is closed (Question Reference # 170709-000440). My support ticket has now vanished but is not marked as resolved. I have received an email asking me to call your US-based customer support line to close the account.

I don't understand why the account cannot be closed online? I have never activated the SIM (in fact,it has not even been dispatched to me yet).

Please can you confirm as soon as possible that the account is now closed and the £0.99 has been refunded to me?
