Cancel my subscription .. not opened the SIMs yet.. but please don't charge

Hello,
I ordered 2 FreedomPop SIMs on your website for plan costing £4.99 per month per sim. I received the SIM Cards but I have not opened them and I don't want to use them. I have gone to online account and downgraded service to Basic 200 for both the SIMs. On the account it says £0 but neither do I intend to use anything for free nor do I want to be charged anything by FreedomPop.

Basically, I do not want my Debit/Credit card to be charged with anything. You can deactivate my SIMs but please ensure my card is not charged any fees for this.

Can you please assist?

    I appreciate your suggestion but I would like to cancel my account and incur no charges since I have not used it. Can you kindly do so and confirm please.
