No service please help

Hi I'm getting no service at all. I've checked my account is active which it is. Also tried in a number of phones with no luck. I have the latest version of the app downloaded. Also I have no cellular option in my settings. I'm using an iPhone 5. Tried using the app to get an settings but whenever I open in safari and choose country and let option it says adress is invalid. Link to iOS Apn doesn't work
