There was an error selecting your new number

I have 4 sims on my account the 3rd one (Trio SIM Card#2) has been inactive and after reactivation via my laptop I am asked to choose a number but get the message
"There was an error selecting your new number. "
I keep retrying but keep getting the message.

Also tried on my android phone but don't even get as far as a list of numbers.

Have also uninstalled and reinstalled FreedomPop from GooglePlay.

The phone number was originally 07400498381, not sure if this has been changed since.
My "lead" # for "Micro SIM Card" is 07413 362331

    We are sorry to hear that it's not letting you choose another number. Should we try to reactivate 07400498381 on it?

    AlejandraG - just checked and there was no new number, but, it let me get a new number (not 07400498381). Seems to be working OK now.
