Help-SIMcard only accepts calls and messages from FP

The simcard only accepts calls and messages from FP number. Other numbers can not get in touch. As if the number was blocked because neither the message nor the call is coming.
-Support from the FP says to synchronize your account. And I do it a hundred times already.
-Support from the FP says uninstall applications. And I do it a hundred times already.
-Support from the FP says to restore your phone to factory settings. And I do it a hundred times already.

I have a second number in FP and he has no problems. I can call and write everywhere.

FP support does not believe me? Is the card supposed to be corrupt? Although for them probably not? But I can not log in to the bank, because the confirmation sms does not come either, the same with WhatsApp and other applications.

Is there anyone here able to help me, because I no longer have the strength to cope with this.
