Recieved a confusing email from freedom pop / sim still hasn't arrived

I received the following email:

Thanks for ordering the SIM cards from FreedomPop Beta. There was an error during the activation process when it was shipped and delivered, sometimes causing issues with calls/texts. It has since been fixed.

The problem is my sim has NOT arrived so I am not sure how to try to reactivate it etc...... Already been 9 days.
