    I am getting the same but with Paypal which I have checked and the payment is authorised and waiting to be taken. I have tried to ring the number they provide +44 11 3887 0823 and keep getting a message that is no longer available

    Are you using a debit or credit card? Please keep in mind we no longer take prepaid cards.
