cannot open ticket to ask for replacement sim

Hi,
I am trying to log into https://uk.support.freedompop.com/ to open a ticket but it kicks me out.
I have a "Micro SIM Card" and wanted to get a replacement because my new phone uses the Nano sim size.

    Hi! upon review, we are afraid that your sim is over the period we have to be able to sent a replacement. In this instance, you will need to place a new order and let us know once the new sim arrives to help you transfer your number to it.

    Thanks for your response.

    The question I have is: after placing the new order and transfering the number, will all my unused data will be transfered ( I have enabled the data rollover add-on) ?

    Only if you enable rollover on the new account you will be issuing, when the new order is placed. Once you get the sim and you active the service, contact us to help you transfer the number as well as the unsued data.
