cannot open ticket to ask for replacement sim

Hi,
I am trying to log into https://uk.support.freedompop.com/ to open a ticket but it kicks me out.
I have a "Micro SIM Card" and wanted to get a replacement because my new phone uses the Nano sim size.

    Thanks for your response.

    The question I have is: after placing the new order and transfering the number, will all my unused data will be transfered ( I have enabled the data rollover add-on) ?
