I cannot downgrade to the 200 free Minutes deal - It says 'unsuccessful'
Could soembody help me with this? I asked for help in another topic and only got an answer from admin which didn't help, wasn't descriptive or solved it for me after three days of waiting...sighs... I had the 7.99 deal, havent used for a few months when broke phone - got new one, would like to downgrade to free SIM deal - When I do this from my account online or from my phone it says 'unsuccessful'. How do i accomplish this quickly - It's been three days already! Thanks
